How you will become successful in this role

  • In this role, you will be part of AcuRite and you will be involved in a variety of customer support functions including Live Chat support, Email support, handling customer questions of a technical nature and explaining set-up instructions. If you have strong written communication skills, enjoy working with technology, and want to help people, this position may be for you.
  • In this role you will maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. The position is based in our consumer contact center that operates 7am-5pm Monday through Friday, and weekends during peak season (Nov – Feb).
