The System Manager is responsible for ensuring daily implementation of the organization’s Point of Rental (POR) system. This role plays an integral part of monitoring and maintaining the functionalities of POR to meet overall system expectations in which the company relies on for daily operations of the organization.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Take the lead in the organization as the POR functional expert; Admin role for Point of Rental
- Support the Operations and Finance teams to test and develop new features in Point of Rental, such as addition of new fees, creation of a test environment, test newly developed features by POR, etc.
- Review and modify employee profiles to establish the necessary security levels to ensure system integrity; Maintain the system by creating and managing job profiles
- Validate proper integration of data with other systems (Sage Intacct, Salesforce, etc.)
- Work with the business analyst to maintain integrity of the data
- Acquisition support – load data related to acquired companies
- Support the operations team with Point of Rental Questions
- Key point of contact for Point of Rental Support
- Submit and monitor new features requests to Point of Rental
- Coordination of scheduling POR system version updates with Managed Service Provider
- Work with MSP and POR technical teams to ensure POR database is working to optimal performance levels.

Education & Experience Requirement
- Strong working and back-end knowledge of Point of Rental (Required)
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
