Position Summary:

The Sales Data Analyst analyzes sales data for Solution Tree and is a member of the sales team. Job duties include collecting data, reviewing current customers, analyzing market trends, pulling data and synthesizing it, and creating detailed reports. The primary goal of the Sales Data Analyst is to leverage data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies, improve operational efficiency, and ultimately drive revenue growth for the organization.

  • Collecting, compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
  • Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
  • Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
  • Determining sales potential and making recommendations.
  • Creating sales evaluation reports
  • Offering strategic guidance based on data

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Minimal - approximately 15% of the time.

Required Education and Experience

  • Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing complex data (preferred)
  • Proficiency with data mining and analysis using statistical/CRM tools like Excel, NetSuite, and Salesforce
