Job Description:
Looking for a bright, energetic, front desk staff member to add to our Medspa in Beverly Hills,. Ideal candidate will be; well groomed, great customer services & sales experience. Must have a interest and knowledge in aesthetics.
Duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, rooming patients, assisting with scheduling, greeting clients, upselling services and assisting with office tasks. Great team worker with great customer services and sales skills. Come be part of our family!

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Must be able to work independently and be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external personnel.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize duties.
- Must have a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Medical Assistant License preferred.
