Our medical assistants will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience from the beginning to end of the appointment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, health and wellness, provide excellent customer service skills, be reliable and professional, and enjoy creating relationships with patients and other staff members. This is a part-time hourly position that includes some weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
- Energetic, reliable, and flexible with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Professional, punctual, compassionate, with a helpful and friendly disposition
- Greet visitors
- Check-in patients, schedule appointments
- Prep and clean treatment and waiting areas
- Assist Doctor and RNs during treatment process
- Be able to multitask
- Receive and direct phone calls
- Maintain reception area neat and organized
- Running occasional local errands
- Stocking supplies
- Organized, self-motivated, solution-oriented
- Other duties as assigned
