Front Desk/Customer Service


 

Position Summary:
The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center is looking for positive, dedicated individuals to join our front desk customer service staff. Positions available are part-time weekday afternoons and evenings and weekend afternoons. This is an entry level position.

General Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers in person and over the phone with registration(s)

  • Assist customers with complaints, concerns, or require information about products or services
  • Provide solutions that fit individualized situations and prioritize customers needs at each step of the process
  • Maintaining and balancing register drawer, including cash, check and credit card transactions
  • Assessing customer needs and providing accurate information accordingly.
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Check in customers for various programs using multiple systems
  • Review customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
  • Keep records of customer interactions, customer updates, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Providing proactive customer outreach
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Adapt to change in policies, programming, and schedule

Performs other duties as assigned.
