As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing leads, facilitating client onboarding, and delivering exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions. Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize lead progress as our sales team completes the sales cycle.
- Conduct comprehensive client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of our products/services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and offering exceptional customer service.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs, providing personalized support, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contact details, interactions, and updates in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and our products/services to provide clients with relevant and timely information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client interactions and track progress.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience in an accounting environment is preferred.
