Responsibilities:

  • Receive and prioritize all incoming requests for dispatch.
  • Data entry of calls in the system.
  • Timely, accuracy and professional dispatch of call
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to work and act professionally and cohesively in a shared work
environment/strong
Team player qualities
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Computer competency, Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written form
