Job Responsibilities:
- Download orders from our internal software. Attach all necessary documentation for the orders to be processed. Convert quotes/leads by utilizing data entry skills to convert from internal to external digital platforms.
- Read, understand and analyze contracts with drawing specifications for accurate estimating procedures.
- Process orders by analyzing data and estimating the contract to the field diagram
- Communicates well with Purchasing Department on inventory needs and issues, including stock checks.
- Proactively monitors and manages emails.
- Prioritize and process data entry orders by installation dates and regional shipping needs.
- Professionally communicates with outside salespeople when documents are missing, or questions need to be resolved that affect the outcome of an order into installation.
- Track orders to ensure installations are staged and scheduled on time for external customers.

- Exceptional attendance and proven reliability
- Ability to quickly learn and maintain new skills in a fast paced environment.
- Builds and maintains trusting relationships with internal customers using professional, courteous, and direct communications (Email, Text, Phone, Written Correspondence).
- Exceptional attention to detail and listening ability.
- Construction and/or flooring background a plus, but not required
Education: High School Diploma and Associates Degree/Preferred
Other Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams. Quick learner to work with proprietary ERP systems and estimating software.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The ability to lift 15lbs when necessary.
